Food interactions and other recommendationsRytmonorm: Always take at the same time in regard to meals. Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should be avoided throughout treatment. Grapefruit can increase serum levels of this product.
Perindopril mylan: Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril. Perindopril may decrease the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
Xarelto: Food should be taken with the 15 mg and 20 mg tablet. Food increases the bioavailability of the 20 mg dose. Foods with antiplatelet/anticoagulants properties such as horseradish, gingko, ginger, garlic, feverfew St. John's Wort is a CYP3A4 inducer and will decrease levels of rivaroxaban
Stadamet: Avoid alcohol. Take with food to reduce gastric irritation.
