Přípravek Neurol obsahuje léčivou látku alprazolam, sloučeninu patřící do skupiny benzodiazepinů.
Alprazolam účinkuje jako anxiolytikum (lék působící proti stavům úzkosti, navozující pocity uvolnění
a uklidnění).
