Ramipril actavis & Kapidin
Ramipril may increase the hypotensive activities of Lercanidipine.

Food interactions and other recommendations

Indapamid pmcs: Take without regard to meals. Magnesium, potassium and zinc needs increased.
Fevarin 100: Avoid alcohol. Avoid high doses of caffeine. Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should be avoided throughout treatment as grapefruit can significantly increase serum levels of this product. Take without regard to meals.
Purinol: Avoid alcohol. Take with a full glass of water. Take with food.
Ramipril actavis: Alcohol may increase the vasodilatory effects of ramipril. Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ramipril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ramipril. Ramipril decreases the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
