Co je Methotrexat ebewe a k čemu se užívá

Methotrexat ebewe je léčivý přípravek s následujícími vlastnostmi:
- zasahuje do růstu určitých buněk v těle, které se rychle množí (protinádorová látka)
- snižuje nežádoucí reakce tělu vlastního obranného systému (imunosupresivum)
- má protizánětlivý účinek.

Methotrexat ebewe se používá u pacientů s:
- aktivní revmatoidní artritidou (RA) u dospělých pacientů
- polyartritickou formou (kdy je onemocněním postiženo pět a více kloubů) těžké, aktivní,
juvenilní idiopatické artritidy (JIA), pokud odpověď na nesteroidní antirevmatika (NSAID)
nebyla dostatečná
- těžkou, nereagující, invalidizující psoriázou, která odpovídajícím způsobem neodpovídá na
jiné formy terapie jako je fototerapie, PUVA a retinoidy, a těžkou psoriázou postihující
klouby (psoriatická artritida) u dospělých pacientů.
