Acetylsalicylic acid may decrease the antihypertensive activities of Bisoprolol.

Food interactions and other recommendationsIndap: Take without regard to meals. Magnesium, potassium and zinc needs increased.
Concor 5: Take without regard to meals.
Stacyl: Avoid alcohol, alcohol appears to cause a 50 to 100% increases in ASA serum levels. Take with a full glass of water. Take with food to reduce gastric irritation.
Tritace: Alcohol may increase the vasodilatory effects of ramipril. Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ramipril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ramipril. Ramipril decreases the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
